On behalf of the Friends of the Pere Marquette Rail Trail (FPMRT), we would like to thank everyone who participated in organizing, sponsoring, and participating in the Howard’s Friend Ride over the past 14 years. The ride has been an impactful community event; raising awareness and exposure to our beautiful Pere Marquette Rail Trail, while raising funds for its ongoing maintenance and upkeep. 

A decision has been made to discontinue the ride for the immediate future; while the FPMRT evaluates additional opportunities and events to continue our support and advocacy for this great resource.
